HealthFirst needed a modern booking portal that made appointment scheduling effortless for patients while reducing the admin workload for clinic staff. We delivered a fast, mobile-first WordPress site with an integrated booking flow, doctor profiles, and a streamlined patient intake form.

🔍 Research & Discovery

We mapped the existing patient journey and identified friction points: long forms, hidden CTAs, and slow page loads on mobile. Competitor analysis revealed an opportunity for a cleaner, trust-driven design with prominent booking entry points.

🎨 UI Design

A calm, trust-forward palette with generous spacing, accessible contrast, and clear hierarchy. The booking widget sits above the fold on every key page, with sticky CTAs on mobile.

🚀 Outcome

Bookings increased by 60% within 90 days of launch and page speed improved by 45%. Front-desk calls dropped notably as patients preferred the new self-serve flow.
