NexaVibe – Internal Dashboard for Operations Teams

🧠 Project Overview

NexaVibe's operations team relied on spreadsheets and manual reports. We built a custom internal dashboard with role-based access, real-time data, and rich charts — collapsing a multi-hour reporting workflow into a few clicks.

🎯 Goals

• Replace spreadsheet-based reporting
• Provide role-based access for ops, leads, and admins
• Surface live KPIs and team performance
• Enable export and shareable views

✍️ UX Strategy

We designed an information architecture around three core personas: operator, team lead, and admin. Each persona gets a tailored landing view with the data and actions they need most.

🎨 UI Design

A clean, data-dense interface with a flexible grid, accessible color tokens for status states, and keyboard-friendly navigation. Charts use consistent scales and tooltips for fast scanning.

🚀 Outcome

Reporting time dropped by 70% and managers gained real-time visibility into team performance. The platform became the team's single source of truth.
