What information we collect
Contact form: your name, email address, subject, message, and — if you choose to provide them — your phone number, project type, budget, and preferred contact method. Free website audit: the URL you submit, plus your name, email, and phone number when you unlock a report, along with the audit scores generated for that URL. Analytics: anonymised usage data (pages visited, approximate country, device type) collected via Google Analytics 4.
How we use your information
To reply to your enquiry, deliver your website audit report, and — only where relevant — follow up once about your project. We do not sell your data, share it with third parties for marketing, or send automated newsletters.
Where your data is stored
Form submissions and audit results are stored securely in Supabase (our database provider). Data is kept only as long as needed to respond to you and for legitimate business records; you can ask us to delete it at any time.
Cookies
This site uses a minimal number of cookies: essential cookies for site functionality and optional analytics cookies to understand how the site is used. You can block cookies in your browser settings without breaking core functionality.
Your rights
Under the GDPR and similar laws, you have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to object to its processing. Email contact@raihanwp.com and we will action your request within 30 days.
Data security
We use HTTPS across the entire site, restrict access to stored data to authorised users only, and never include sensitive data (payment details, passwords) in what we collect.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes, we will update the date below. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
