You own the site, you can edit it without a developer, and you can move to another host or another developer whenever you like. There is no lock-in and no monthly fee to a platform just to keep your own pages online.
WordPress also has strong SEO tools built in, which matters when your goal is customers finding you on Google.
What about a site that ranks on Google?
Every site I build ships with clean structure, fast loading and proper page titles, which is the foundation Google looks at first. Winning competitive searches also takes time, good content and links, so I will not promise a ranking. If you want help beyond the build, there is a separate SEO service.
